As it is winter, and meetings can only be held after work it was decided to have a virtual group instead of the group members coming to the practice. The meeting was to approve the Practice Annual Survey before it was given to the patients.

A copy of the survey was sent via email to all members. They were asked to make any comments/alterations they thought were necessary.

The survey was approved and so it was then distributed in practice to the patients.
