The meeting started at 5.00pm and a celebration cake was served to celebrate 12 months.
The only matter arising from the last minutes was the Annual Survey.
All group members had received a copy of the proposed survey compiled by two group members and the practice. Each had been asked to look at it and make any suggestions to be added. One group member had given her idea earlier and it had been incorporated before the meeting.
After some discussion one other question was added. The alterations and additions were all about being a carer and being cared for.
The meeting closed at 6.00pm.
No date was fixed for the next meeting as we decided to wait until all the survey results were in and had been analysed.
At the next meeting we would look at and analyse the results, look at our weaknesses and prepare an action plan as to how we could improve our service.
